Job Description: |
-Quantity estimating (in detailing) for the proposed design drawings; mainly on civil and architectural work. A good (or separate) background for quantity estimating of the electro-mechanical work is also required.
-Preparing Materials take-off and Manpower Breakdown.
-Detailed Cost Estimates.
-Preparing construction and Materials specifications.
-Preparing Tender/Contract documents (Request for Proposal; RFP).
-Good knowledge of quality-oriented contract/tender document production.
-Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Project Manager) and any software related to the cost and Quantity estimate.
-AutoCAD.
-Primavera.
-Excellent knowledge of electronic file management.
-Excellent communication skill in English, speaking and writing. |
