Job Description: |
-Design & calculate HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing system for commercial, office and residential buildings, and schools and mosques … etc.
-Design using mechanical software's such as: Elite (for HVAC and Fire), HAP … etc or similar software's.
-Design using the latest international codes and standards, in particular the American standards for the mechanical design, such as: IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE and UPC.
-Responsibility as a mechanical team leader and Coordinate of all inputs of all mechanical junior engineers, and also coordination with other disciplines.
-Technical verification of the mechanical outputs (drawings, calculations and reports) in terms of Client’s design needs and code compliance.
-Good knowledge of quality-oriented design document production.
-Reviewing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Specification.
-Experienced working with AutoCAD and other Mechanical software.
-A good knowledge of design practices, standers, codes.
-Excellent communication skill in English, speaking and writing. |
